The company specializes in fresh and frozen seafood processing. It involves in eviscerating fresh fish by removing heads, fins, scales, bones, and entrails; shucking and packing fresh shellfish; manufacturing frozen seafood. Its fresh products include swordfish and tuna loins, fillets, portions, among others. Its frozen products include cephalopods: squid, cuttlefish, octopus, among others. In addition, these products are under GOROFISH brand names. Further, the company has state-of-the-art technology and equipment for manufacturing and processing, as well as employs certified staff skilled in manufacturing operations in compliance of certified quality, environmental and health and food safety management systems. It exports these products to local market in Spain and all over the world.
